In Wholeness Coaching , we truly believe that people are naturally resourceful, creative and whole from the inside. Becoming aware of and nurturing our whole self, we will be both grounded and thriving in maximizing our intrinsic potential. Wholeness Coaching takes both the clients and the coaches on this journey of realizing and returning to our whole self with alignment, clarity and commitment. The journey of becoming whole again.
This Wholeness Coaching - Core Training Program aims to develop competent professional coaches using our proprietary Wholeness Coaching framework. The program follows the International Coaching Federation standards for ACSTH accreditation with 75 training hours.

Fully equipped with all theoretical knowledge and practical skills to apply for the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential
Confident and competent to advance as a professional coach or apply coaching skills to transform your life and work
Eligible to enrol for more advanced coach training programs
The program extensively covers the ICF Definition of Coaching, Code of Ethics, Core Competencies and other coaching tools and resources
Understands and consistently applies coaching ethics and standards of coaching as promoted by the ICF and the professional coaching community
Develops and maintains a mindset that is open, curious, flexible and client-centered that supports wholeness transformation of clients
Partners with the clients to create clear agreements and supports clients through the coaching process to achieve clients’ plans and goals
Creates a safe, supportive environment for the clients and maintains a relationship of mutual respect and trust with fully conscious, authentic presence
Listens on multiple levels to fully connect, empathize and support client self-expression of what is being and not being communicated
Practices and develops tools and techniques using powerful questioning, silence, metaphor or analogy to empower client insight and learning
Supports clients in the integration of new awareness, insight and learning in designing goals, actions and accountability measures with client autonomy
Applies other development tools and techniques to continuously enhance coaching capability and effectively promote coaching services to potential clients
